Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services and payment processing through Rise 2 Stardom LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By submitting payment, registering for an event, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Payment Policy

All payments made through our website or via Stripe are subject to the following conditions:

  • A 4.5% credit card processing fee will be added to all payments made by card.

For financing options, please contact us directly after checkout. We aim to keep the registration process simple and minimize third-party liabilities.

2. Subscription & Recurring Payment Terms

Mentorship and bundle programs may involve recurring billing. By signing up, you authorize Rise 2 Stardom LLC to charge your card automatically based on the selected plan. All recurring plans renew automatically unless canceled with at least 30 days' notice prior to the renewal date.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable.

However, payments may be transferred to a future in-person event if made on the originally scheduled dates. The following transfer fees apply:

  • $200 transfer fee if requested more than 30 days before the scheduled event
  • $300 transfer fee if requested within 30 days of the scheduled event or for a second transfer

All in-person events are subject to a minimum registration threshold. If an event is postponed due to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or venue issues, Rise 2 Stardom LLC is not liable for any associated travel or accommodation expenses. Please save a copy of this receipt with your contestant login information.

Bootcamp + Mentor Membership (Paid in Full)

$1,995 due at registration. Non-refundable. Transfer terms apply. Includes mentor membership up to 1 month after Boot Camp. Will have the option to renew mentor membership.

Bootcamp + Mentor Membership (Installment Plan)

Installment plans include additional service fees and all payments are Non-refundable. All balances must be paid in full one week before the event. These amounts are noted on the checkout page. Includes mentor membership up to 1 month after Boot Camp. Will have the option to renew mentor membership.

1-Year Mentor Membership + Virtual Agent Submissions (Paid in Full)

$1,995 due at registration Non-refundable. Includes 1- year mentor membership up to 1 year from the date of your initial registration.  Submission materials (videos/photos) are due 10 business days before submission or the latest version on file will be used. Will have the option to renew mentor membership.

1-Year Mentor Membership + Virtual Agent Submissions (Installment Plan)

Installment plans include additional service fees. All balances must be paid on time to be included in each virtual audition submission. All payments are Non-refundable. Includes 1- year mentor membership up to 1 year from the date of your initial registration. Submission materials (videos/photos) are due 10 business days before submission or the latest version on file will be used. Will have the option to renew mentor membership.

VIP Complete Career Accelerator Package (Paid in Full)

$2,995 is due at registration and is Non-refundable. Includes everything from the Bootcamp + Mentor Membership package and Mentor Membership + Virtual Agent Submissions package and Bonus private 1:1 virtual meeting with Cory Dueger and Exclusive Brand Ambassador opportunity.

VIP Complete Career Accelerator Package (Installment Plan)

Installment plans include additional service fees. All balances must be paid on time to be included in each virtual audition submission. All payments are Non-refundable. 4. Program-Specific Terms AND Add-ons

Mentorship Membership (Recurring)

$97/month for 12 months. Automatically renews unless canceled at least 30 days before renewal. Cancel anytime after 12 months.

Mentorship Membership (Paid in Full)

$950 upfront for 12 months. Saves $214. Renews annually unless canceled 30 days before the end of the term.

Mentorship + Virtual Agent Submissions (Recurring)

$197/month for 12 months. To be included in quarterly submissions, three consecutive monthly payments must be made. Submission materials (videos/photos) are due 10 business days before submission or the latest version on file will be used.

5. Disclaimers

Rise 2 Stardom LLC is not responsible for securing agent representation, bookings, or job placements. While we provide mentorship, exposure, and tools for advancement, your results may vary based on personal effort and market conditions.

I authorize Rise 2 Stardom, LLC, Entertainment Education Endowment, RCD Management, LLC, Grand Strand Fashion Week, and their affiliates to record and use my name, image, voice, and likeness in any media, for any promotional, commercial, or educational purpose, with full rights to copyright, publish, and distribute.

I agree to act in the best interest of Rise 2 Stardom, LLC, its assigns, and employees, and will not make any statements, or take any action that could defame or harm the reputation of the company, its officers or employees, by any means or medium.
