We work with a network of trusted agencies, scouts, and casting professionals who actively seek talent through our programs. Many of our alumni have gone on to book national commercials, land film and TV roles, walk major runways, and appear on magazine covers.

After the event, our team continues to mentor, market, and guide you to agencies and casting directors. If an agent or scout shows interest, we’ll assist with the next steps while offering personalized coaching and career strategy sessions to help you stand out.

No. We are not an agency—we’re a talent development and marketing platform. If you sign with an agent or scout we introduce you to, you’ll work directly with them for bookings, while still benefiting from our continued mentorship and career-building support. You can be represented by different companies in each market and multiple agents and potentially different agents in major cities. For example, if you are both a model and an actor in New York, you can have different agencies represent you for different areas of work—such as one agency for commercials, another for film and TV roles, and a separate modeling agent for fashion or print work.
